Shipping and Taxes
SEEWOYA shop uses 4PX and e-Packet services to deliver all orders, depending on the destination country. These services provide airmail, tracking numbers, and confirmation of customer receipt.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
• Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
• The estimated delivery date will be provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Usually, your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date, depending only on Post Services.
Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. SEEWOYA shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.
